Neighborhood Maps of Evansville and Vanderburgh County

This map of the city of Evansville was commissioned to cultivate more of a sense of community by highlighting the city’s neighborhoods. Matt Wagner worked with UNOE (United Neighborhoods of Evansville), community officials, and city/county residents to gather the neighborhood names and boundary information. We then designed the map and hand-lettered the neighborhood names and boundaries. The city maps were then screen printed by hand at Burnt Prairie Print Shop. The county maps were screen printed at Burkert-Walton. They are now for sale at the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana and River City Coffee and Goods.
